How do I reserve a date for a custom cake?

Contact us directly with your date and the details of your gathering. First, fill out the form on the cake page. You can also email us at layerednash@gmail.com or call us directly at (615)414-2581. We will work with you on exact pricing and send you a written quote. We require a 50% deposit at time of reservation to hold your date. Your spot will not be held until the quote has been accepted and the deposit paid.


What is your cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit is required in advance to hold any order. An order cannot be held without a deposit. If a custom order is cancelled before submitting the final payment, a 50% refund of the deposit will be given, as preparations, supplies and date have been blocked for said order. Remaining balance of custom order is due 7 days upon pickup or delivery. If entire payment has been fulfilled, and cancellations are made before final payment, 50% of total order will be refunded. Cancellations made 7 days prior to your order date will result in zero refund, due to preparations, supplies and blocked date for order.

You can pick your order up at 4626 Churchwood Dr. Please schedule time for pick up.


Are you allergy friendly?

We can accommodate allergies! We know how stressful it can be and we would love to work with you. We have specific tools for all nut-free orders and will verify all ingredients with you before making. We also have options for gluten-free and vegan. Just ask! **Our facility is not nut-free.**
